TikTok Manager

Our world-class based model agency called Luck Management is based in Europe and looks for an (experienced) TikTok Manager.
The main part will be Tracking the TikTok Videos of our models, aswell as finding and creating new Content Ideas.

You will be part of an successful team that’s always striving for improvement to make everybody’s dream come true!

More information about the job:

In the starting phase you will get learned into our TikTok System and begin by Tracking the Videos of our models. This will show you the kind of Content we are currently producing + gives you a better understanding of what makes our videos go viral.

After you mastered the skill of tracking those videos, the next step would be finding new viral TikTok Trends/Sounds, that we can use for new TikTok Content.
As soon as you mastered this, we will teach you the way of creating viral content. The end goal is to have you as one of our TikTok Marketing Managers, that knows exactly how to make any client of us, go viral on TikTok 🙂

-> We teach you every step thats needed, but expect you to already have experience with TikTok and TikTok Content Creation. Before joining our agency you should already know how TikTok works and whats needed to go Viral on the platform.

Requirements:

flawless english skills verbal + written

experience in the TikTok Marketing field

a second phone that you can use for TikTok work + good working PC/Laptop

perfect internet connection

open minded and adaptable

effective time-management skills

What you can expect:

very good salary with potential increase after some time (starting with 4-5$/hour).

Schedule:

about 6-8 hours a day – 6-7days a week. We probably start with less hours and increase them by time
