The TikTok Marketing Virtual Assistant (Essential Crew) duties and responsibilities are:
• Responsible for TikTok account growth
• Create, plan, and deliver social media content
• Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas to increase our brand awareness
• Develop creative ways to generate buzz and create engaging content on social platforms
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure we’re always ahead of the game
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our TikTok account
• User outreach on TikTok
• Basic SEO and Google Ads research
Ready to take your career to infinity and beyond
• 1 to 3 years of Social Media Marketing experience, preferably focusing on TikTok.
• Social media obsessive with a strong understanding of social media and core marketing concepts
• Basic Video Editing and Graphic Design (Canva and CapCut at least, Photoshop if possible)
• Experience with TikTok Management
• Good understanding of the TikTok algorithm
• Understand the nuances between the key social platforms with the ability to adjust content and tone of voice accordingly
• Minimal YouTube Channel Management (basic understanding of YouTube algorithm if possible)
• Previous content writing experience is highly desired
• Prior basic SEO knowledge
• Highly-motivated crew members are essential in achieving the mission objectives and are willing to put in the hard work necessary to make it happen
