**Position:** TikTok LIVE Outreach Executive
**Type:** Remote / Full-Time (40 hours per week)
**Salary:** $480 USD per month
**Schedule:** Varies based on shifts

GravitasQ is a dynamic and growing LIVE stream agency, dedicated to connecting talented TikTok LIVE streamers with exciting opportunities. We are seeking motivated and charismatic individuals to join our team as TikTok LIVE Outreach Executives. This role is essential in expanding our network of streamers and bringing fresh talent to our agency.

**Role Summary:**
As a TikTok LIVE Outreach Executive at GravitasQ, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit talented LIVE streamers on TikTok to join our agency. You will actively scroll through TikTok LIVE, engage with potential streamers, and persuade them to become part of our program. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a results-driven mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Actively browse and monitor TikTok LIVE to identify potential streamers who align with GravitasQ’s criteria and standards.
– Initiate and maintain conversations with potential streamers through TikTok messaging and other communication platforms.
– Effectively communicate the benefits of joining GravitasQ and the opportunities available for streamers.
– Build and maintain a database of potential recruits and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
– Collaborate with the GravitasQ team to refine recruitment strategies and improve outreach methods.
– Meet and exceed recruitment targets to contribute to the agency’s growth.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience and familiarity with TikTok, especially TikTok LIVE.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Advanced fluency in English.
– Ability to identify and engage with talented individuals.
– Sales or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Tech-savvy with a good understanding of social media trends and digital communication.

**Compensation:**
– $480 USD per month.
– Full-time role (40 hours per week).
– Varied schedule based on shifts.
