Job Description:

Are you a TikTok expert who knows the platform inside and out? We’re looking for a TikTok Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for uploading and managing content on TikTok, staying on top of the latest trends, and ensuring our content is always fresh and engaging. You will need to learn our niche and be able to recognize trends that fit our brand. Understanding TikTok Shops and a willingness to undergo additional training is a must. You will be working under the guidance of our Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities:

Upload and manage TikTok content regularly.
Stay updated with TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
Create and edit short, engaging videos that align with our brand.
Develop and implement creative ideas to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Utilize and manage TikTok Shops to promote and sell our products.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure alignment with overall social media strategy.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing TikTok accounts.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends and features.
Familiarity with TikTok Shops.
Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
Ability to learn and adapt to our niche (grilling accessories).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to undergo additional training as needed.
