JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– 80% social content video editing – 5 briefs a week (You will not write them, the briefs will be given by our Social Media Manager)
– 10% social scheduling
– 10% stretch projects
– Weekly Check-in calls with SMM (2x a week at least)
REQUIREMENTS
Must be experienced with the following tools:
– Video editing tools – Adobe Premier or After Effects
– Social media tools –
– Other tools – Asana, Slack, Google Suite
Soft skills:
– Creative and Visual Storyteller – We want someone who will do MORE than “stitch raw videos together”. We are looking for someone who can add creativity to our current content
– English & Great Communicator – Must be able to conversationally write and speak in English
DELIVERABLES PER BRIEF
All raw asset links, copy and instructions will be provided in video briefs by our Social Media Manager. We will utilize tools such as Asana, Slack, Air Inc.
-The video length for each brief will be between 30 seconds to 1 minute edits.
-You will be given up to (5) video briefs every week to be turned into 3 versions:
V3 – Text and music – 1 Tiktok version, 1 Reels version
V2 – Removing music from approved V3-TikTok and V3-Reels files
V1 – No text and music on approved V3 file
Total weekly deliverables for (5) briefs: 25 final assets in 9:16 formats (with revisions as needed)

2. Attach your portfolio link – Share a link of your TIKTOK & REELS VIDEOS that uses only TikTok & Reels font. If your portfolio only has Hormozi-style edits, that might not help. We want to see edits that use TikTok font (Proxima Nova) or Reels font (SF Pro, etc). You can share PERSONAL edits too if you think it’s fun and creative and shares more about you.
