About Us:
At American Dream Nut Butter, we’re passionate about creating delicious and healthy nut butters that fuel your dreams and crush your goals. We’re expanding our reach and looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage our growing community of TikTok Shop affiliates.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a hard-working and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and manage our TikTok Shop affiliates. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, motivating affiliates to post and generate revenue, and coordinating with affiliates to obtain Spark codes for paid ads.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to all affiliate messages within 24 hours to ensure prompt and effective communication.
– Keep affiliates motivated and engaged, encouraging them to post regularly and generate revenue for the brand.
– Collect Spark codes from affiliates to facilitate paid advertising campaigns.
– Monitor affiliate performance and provide feedback and support to maximize their success.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate activities with overall brand goals and strategies.
– Maintain accurate records of affiliate communications and performance metrics.
– Assist with any additional tasks related to affiliate management as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
– Familiarity with TikTok Shop and understanding of social media marketing strategies.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Passion for health, fitness, and delicious nut butter is a plus!
Bonus Qualifications:
– Experience managing a discord community
– Experience managing Tiktok Shop Affiliates
