We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our TikTok shop, including customer service, returns/refunds, and communication with affiliates. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer service tasks for other shops within our network. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting, and be fluent in English. Training will be provided via video calls and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering TikTok Messages: The TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant will be responsible for monitoring and responding to messages received on our TikTok shop. This includes answering inquiries about products, processing orders, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Handling Returns/Refunds: Managing returns and refunds is an essential part of the role. The Virtual Assistant will process return requests, issue refunds, and ensure a smooth resolution to any customer issues related to returns or exchanges.
Communicating with Affiliates: Maintaining communication with affiliates is crucial for the success of our TikTok shop. The Virtual Assistant will liaise with affiliates, providing them with necessary information, addressing any queries they may have, and ensuring a positive relationship.
Customer Service for Other Shops: In addition to tasks related to our TikTok shop, the Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for handling customer service inquiries for other shops within our network. This may include responding to emails, live chat inquiries, and social media messages.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce setting, is preferred. Experience with TikTok shop management and affiliate communication is a plus.
Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role. The Virtual Assistant must be able to effectively communicate with customers, affiliates, and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries is crucial. The Virtual Assistant should be proactive in finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential when handling returns, refunds, and customer inquiries. The Virtual Assistant must ensure that all information provided is correct and up-to-date.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, internet-based tools, and social media platforms is required. Experience with TikTok and other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
