TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant/Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our TikTok shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our TikTok shop, hunting for products, listing products, processing orders, and optimizing listings.

Responsibilities:

Manage our TikTok shop: You will be responsible for ensuring that our TikTok shop is running smoothly, including monitoring inventory levels, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Hunt for products: You will be responsible for identifying new products to sell in our TikTok shop, including researching trends, finding suppliers, and negotiating prices.
List products: You will be responsible for creating product listings for our TikTok shop, including writing product descriptions, taking photos, and setting prices.
Process orders: You will be responsible for processing orders, including confirming orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with our fulfillment team.
Optimize listings: You will be responsible for optimizing our product listings, including updating descriptions, pricing, and images to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience with TikTok and e-commerce: You should have experience using TikTok and have a strong understanding of e-commerce, including product listing, order processing, and customer service.
Strong communication skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
Attention to detail: You should have a strong attention to detail, including the ability to accurately and efficiently process orders and manage inventory.
Ability to work independently: You should be able to work independently and manage your own workload, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Probation Period:

The successful candidate will undergo a 1-month probation period before final onboarding. During this time, we will assess your performance and ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
