We are seeking a seasoned TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant (VA) who can help us grow this new platform from the ground up to a seven-figure success story.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Launch and manage our TikTok Shop from scratch.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, sales, and engagement on TikTok.
– Research and identify trending and high-potential products to list on the TikTok Shop.
– Create and upload engaging and high-converting content on a regular basis.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize and scale the shop.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
– Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok Shop strategies with overall business goals.
– Stay updated with TikTok’s algorithm changes, new features, and best practices.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling a TikTok Shop.
– Demonstrated ability to grow a new shop to seven-figure revenue.
– Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent content creation skills, including video production and editing.
– Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
– Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
– Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
– Strong product research skills to identify trending and profitable products.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with e-commerce platforms other than TikTok.
– Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
