We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce brand. If you’re fluent in English and have at least 1 year of experience, we want to hear from you. Experience in media buying/managing ads is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct product research
– Have experience with ChatGPT
– Be tech Savvy
– Provide excellent customer service
– Analyze and manage ads (media buying experience is a plus, not a requirement)
– Check up on ad accounts
– Pay suppliers and handle supplier problems
– Create landing pages (video instructions provided)
– Execute email marketing campaigns
– Familiarity with Shopify and its user interface
– Proficiency in Canva for designing graphics and product images
Requirements:
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
– Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce processes
– Experience with product research and customer service
– Ability to manage ads and troubleshoot ad accounts
– Proficiency in supplier coordination and problem-solving
– Comfortable creating landing pages and executing email marketing campaigns
– Proficient in Canva for basic graphic design
