TikTok Shops Store Manager

Position Overview:
As the TikTok Shops Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence on TikTok, driving sales, and maximizing our brand’s impact. You will need a minimum of one year of experience specifically on TikTok Shops for product research and shop management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

-Conducting in-depth product research to identify hot-selling products and product bundles.
-Managing and optimizing our TikTok Shop, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
-Utilizing software tools such as FatMoss and Echotik for product research and shop management.
-Proactively reaching out to influencers to establish affiliate partnerships and sponsorships for promoting and selling our products.
-Engaging with suppliers on platforms like Alibaba, AliExpress, and US-based White Label providers to source products and negotiate favorable terms.
-Setting and achieving sales targets, continuously monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience specifically with TikTok Shops for product research and shop management.
Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as FatMoss and Echotik for product research and shop management.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with suppliers on various platforms.
Proven success in setting up affiliate partnerships and sponsorships with influencers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
Demonstrated track record of managing successful e-commerce stores, preferably on social media platforms.
