Job Title: TikTok Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage daily content (videos, stories, etc.) on Rose Inc’s TikTok account.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align TikTok content with overall brand campaigns and promotions.
* Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages to foster community engagement.
* Analyze TikTok performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
* Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand’s presence on TikTok.
* Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand initiatives.
* Experiment with new content formats and ideas to drive innovation on the platform.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing TikTok accounts, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
* Creative mindset with a strong understanding of TikTok trends and features.
* Excellent video editing skills and familiarity with TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Passion for beauty, skincare, and sustainability.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (Open for part time or full time)
