TikTok Traffic Manager / Social Media Manager

???? Company Overview: We operate various affiliate marketing websites and are eager to expand our presence through TikTok video posts. Our primary target audience is in France ????????.
Speaking French is not a requirement, as we will provide all the content for the posts. Your role will be to copy-paste, publish, and contribute to the growth of the website’s traffic.
Job Description:
– Publish daily French TikTok videos to drive traffic to our affiliate sites. You do not need to speak French.
– We exclusively use TikTok’s slide feature, which consists of swipeable photos.
– Depending on performance, there are opportunities for increased pay and commissions. We’re seeking a long-term traffic growth and social media management partner.
– As we target France, we will send you for free physical French SIM cards to insert into your phones. This is the only way to target a French audience from the Philippines, as VPNs are ineffective.
– You will commence publishing on TikTok accounts once you’ve received and inserted the French SIM cards into the phones.
– You will never show your face and will only publish copy-pasted content. It’s straightforward!
**Mandatory Requirements to Apply:**
(Applications that don’t meet these requirements will not be considered)
1. Own 2 recent physical Android or iPhone devices (2016 onwards). Emulators are not permitted; posts must be made on real phones.
2. Be prepared to receive 2 physical French SIM cards at your address once hired. The job begins when you have inserted the French SIM cards into the phones.
3. Preferred: 3 or more phones if possible.
4. Prove in your application that you have at least 2 physical phones with no SIM card inserted.
5. Be prepared to wait approximately 1 week for the delivery of the French SIM cards.
6. Good English proficiency.
**Initial Responsibilities (with potential for increased hours):**
1. Manage 12 TikTok accounts, posting 3 videos per day per account.
– You’ll have 3 TikTok accounts on each phone, totaling 6 accounts. To manage 12 accounts, you’ll need to log in and out, as TikTok allows only up to 3 accounts per phone.
2. Dedicate 2 hours to TikTok posting daily, following the process = 36 TikToks published daily.
3. Part-time: 14 hours/week.
4. The work becomes easy and quick once you’re familiar with the process.
5. All TikToks must be physically published on the phones using the French SIMs we provide.
6. Texts will be in French but are provided in advance. No need to speak French.
**Qualifications:**
– Comfortable using Google Drive and Notion.
– Use Discord for communication.
– Proficient with TikTok publishing and copy-pasting content.
– Ability to create and warm up TikTok accounts.
– Proven ability to track and report video engagements.
– Experience with Airtable is a plus.
– Ability to manage multiple TikTok accounts and phones concurrently.
**Additional Requirements:**
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily publishing requirements.
– Open to feedback and continuous learning.
– Familiarity with TikTok.
**Do NOT Apply If:**
– You have fewer than 2 phones.
– Your phones don’t support the latest TikTok version.
– Any of your phones is jailbroken or rooted.
