Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Summary:
I’m currently posting videos on TikTok in a certain style and I am looking for someone who I can send the raw footage to who will be able to make the TikToks in the same style. Must speak english.
Background
I am a video editor who is looking for is another premiere pro video editor with an amazing understanding of storytelling (in English). The content that I need help being edited is in the form of questions and answers. Generally, the first part of each video that I send is the question and then the second part of the video is the answer.
The Job
You can expect to…
1. Receive raw video footage of a response and an audio of the question on a weekly basis. You will be responsible for making cuts to the story that are not relevant while also making sure the story is fluid in a way that mimics my editing style.
2. Receive miscellaneous video footage edited premiere pro and and make improvements on it
The most important part
The content that I want edited are vulnerable and emotional stories that people share. And so, what is really important for this job is the ability to understand stories (told in English) and attention to detail. A big part of the video editing isn’t just editing the video itself but also understanding what parts to remove from the video and what parts to keep.
I would like to learn more about how you edit videos and are able to tell stories to simulate what a potential partnership could look like. There will be two parts to this interview.
