Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Title Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Title Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the title ownership of real property in the United States. Strong preference for the role to be filled with someone who has a legal research and diligence background. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the title industry and eager to contribute their expertise to our growing organization.

Job Description:
* Research title and ownership by utilizing public data sources to verify ownership interests
* Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, mineral rights and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.
* Research, verify, and summarize successors and heirs of deceased property owners
* Prepare Title Reports and Support due diligence activities related to property acquisitions and divestitures
Prepare Exhibits and Summarized Legal Descriptions, including plotting of legal description (platted, metes and bounds, sectional properties)

Qualifications:
* Strong work ethic and very strong organizational skills
* Must be willing to work in US Business Hours (CST) and must have stable Internet and Power Connection
* Willing to work in a team and fast-paced work environment
* Fluently proficient in oral and written English. Experience in Calls is a plus but not required.
* Must have in-depth experience with Title Research of real property in the United States,
* Must be committed only to working on this project
* Foremost, must demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision.
