Job Description

I am looking for a personal assistant to find leads and prospect first meetings with potential targets. You will play a crucial role in driving new sales and researching prospective companies with a heavy emphasis on prospecting. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential clients to generate interest and build a robust sales pipeline. The primary focus on this role will be on researching, targeting and initiating meaningful conversations with prospective customers, nurturing leads and generating first meetings.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent mastery of English – both written and verbal communications skills
High experience and success with prospecting – emails, phone calls, LinkedIn
High experience with researching companies and personas
Experience with sales tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Google search, Wikipedia, LinkedIn Navigator

You will do a variety of tasks:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Conduct extensive market research to identify potential customers within our target industries and geographical regions.
• Utilize various tools, platforms, and databases to generate a high volume of quality leads and build a strong prospect list.
• Cold call, email, and engage with prospects to introduce our company, products, and services, and create interest in further discussions.
2. Qualification and Opportunity Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of the potential client’s needs, pain points, and business challenges to determine if our solutions align with their requirements.
• Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects to assess their fit for our offerings, gather essential information, and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
3. Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent and personalized follow-ups via phone, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts, share insights, and refine the prospecting strategy.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, opportunities created, and progress against targets.
• Write “I’m a Prospecting Pro” in the subject line in your response
5. Research and create Strategic Account Plans for key accounts to sell them technology SaaS
• Summary of Companies – what they do, headquarters, revenues
• Companies Key Business and Strategic Initiatives
• Find key personas to target for technology SaaS offering
• Organizational chart
• Current technology vendors they have
6. Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
