Job Description
As a pivotal member of our team, the Claims Dispute Specialist will tackle unjust claim denials and underpayments head-on, employing expert knowledge of Illinois policies, laws, and industry standards. Your role involves leveraging cutting-edge A.I. technology alongside traditional analytical methods to craft irrefutable arguments, ensuring our clients’ positions are thoroughly represented and understood. Your efforts will be instrumental in overturning unfavorable decisions from insurance carriers, directly impacting our client’s satisfaction and our firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Analysis: Meticulously review claim denial or partial repair notifications and underpayment communications from insurance providers, primarily via email.
Argument Development: Construct strong, evidence-backed rebuttals to contest insurer decisions, utilizing a blend of A.I. tools and in-depth legal and policy research, using International residential building codes, IRC, which, ever apply to the claim being worked.
Client Management: Regularly update and maintain client claim data within our JobNimbus CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and management of each case.
Estimation Accuracy: Employ Xactimate software to generate precise and comprehensive property claim estimates.
Communication Excellence: Maintain transparent and supportive communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their claims and our advocacy efforts on their behalf.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of public adjusters and restoration experts, pooling resources and information to strengthen claim disputes.
Qualifications
Experience: Demonstrable background in insurance claims, public adjusting, or legal assistance, particularly within the property sector.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze information, synthesize arguments, and use A.I. tools effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, with a preference for JobNimbus, and adeptness in Xactimate for creating detailed estimates.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
