The Experienced Virtual Assistant position is responsible for overall front office activities, including reception mail and sales. It is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs to maximize service and equipment utilization. Training and tutorials are provided.

* Data Entry including Quickbooks
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables
* Sales of product
* Payroll
* Inventory
* Logistics
* Scheduling
* Check Email and respond accordingly
* Post to all Social Media
* Upload videos to YouTube AND OPTIMIZE THEM
* Online file storage organization
* Assist where needed

Pay is TBD; it will depend on your level of skill and the skills of others who apply for the job.

I am looking for a full-time employee.

About Me: I’m a small business owner in Milwaukee, WI. My husband and I own several companies I manage and work for, including bookkeeping and human resources. ALL SCRAP METAL RECYCLING and Select Auto Parts & Sales, Inc. are the TWO companies. I am hiring two VAs to free up my time and focus on growing our businesses.
