**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Manager to join our team. This role is vital in helping us grow our business by overseeing back-end systems, creating and optimizing processes, generating reports, coordinating projects, and leading a team. The ideal candidate is an expert who can contribute immediately to our success and drive our strategic initiatives forward.

**Responsibilities:**

– Manage and optimize back-end systems and processes.
– Create and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation.
– Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring effective communication between team members and clients.
– Manage and organize CRM data and social media accounts.
– Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for various administrative tasks.
– Design and create visuals using Canva.
– Perform research and data analysis to support business decisions.
– Handle business process management (BPM) to improve operational efficiency.
– Oversee basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial reporting.
– Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Manage the executive team’s inbox and ensure timely responses.
– Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
– Oversee social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
– Assist with lead generation and client outreach.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as an executive manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a marketing or real estate environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and management.
– Advanced skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
– Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
– Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience working remotely with US-based companies.
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
– Knowledge of basic accounting and financial reporting.

**Additional Information:**

– Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US).
– Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
