Required Skills and Qualifications:
Design Skills:
Graphic Design Tools:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to create custom graphics, visual elements, and print materials.
UI/UX Design:
Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing digital designs.
Branding:
Experience in creating and maintaining brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
Typography and Color Theory:
Knowledge of typography and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
Illustration Skills:
Ability to create custom illustrations and vector graphics.
Print Design:
Proficiency in designing for print, including brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.
Responsive Design:
Expertise in designing visuals that work well on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Web Design:
Experience in designing website layouts, banners, and other online graphics.
Motion Graphics:
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Mastery of design software and tools, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
HTML/CSS Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for creating web-optimized graphics.
SEO Best Practices:
Understanding of how design impacts SEO and user engagement.
