Surf Pacific is a renowned advertising agency with a rich history spanning 27 years, established in London in 1997. In 2000, our founders moved operations to the picturesque Sanctuary Cove in sunny Queensland, Australia. We also have a sister office in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, which has been thriving for the past 17 years.

We are currently seeking a top-level Social Media Marketing Specialist who can thrive in our dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Social Media Strategy:
Platform Expertise:
Extensive experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Knowledge of platform-specific best practices and trends.
Content Creation:
Ability to create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform.
Proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Campaign Management:
Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns.
Skills in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Community Engagement:
Strong understanding of community management and engagement tactics.
Ability to foster and maintain relationships with followers and influencers.
Marketing Automation:
ActiveCampaign:
Proficiency in using ActiveCampaign for email marketing, automation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, automations, and segmentation.
GoHighLevel:
Familiarity with GoHighLevel for marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Skills in setting up and optimizing workflows, funnels, and follow-up sequences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific analytics.
Reporting:
Skills in creating comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Technical Skills:
SEO Integration:
Understanding of how social media impacts SEO and how to integrate SEO best practices into social media strategies.
HTML/CSS:
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and editing content as needed.
Tools and Software:
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and similar platforms.
Soft Skills:

Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative social media campaigns.
