Position Overview:
As a Recruiter and Interviewer at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in finding the perfect match between our clients and their future team members. We hire for a wide range of roles, including content designers, social media experts, project managers, administrative virtual assistants, concierge experts, and many more. Read – it never gets boring!

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
-Engage in Slack interviews (chat) to evaluate communication skills and cultural fit.
-Assign small skill assessments to gauge candidates’ abilities and expertise.
-Run-through skill assignments with candidates, asking clarifying questions and further qualifying the candidates.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring in a competitive environment
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
Keen attention to detail in candidate evaluation and assessment.
Passion for creating win-win situations by connecting remarkable business owners with exceptional talent.
Proven ability to identify the top candidates in a vast pool of virtual assistants (VAs).
