Seeking: long term, part time, honest, dedicated, and efficient virtual assistant.

The primary focus of this position is to effectively and efficiently grow my
small business via branding, list building, sales, content creation, monitoring and engaging prospects / buyers.

I work this online venture part time so you will be expected to be the main driving force to get things done on a daily basis. You will be expected to take on a lot of responsibility, learn and apply all the skills necessary to fit this role.

Training and support will be provided as needed.

Preference will be given to those with successful digital / social media monitoring and marketing experience.

Working hours are negotiable. They do not need to fit my time zone, but they
must be consistent for reporting and follow-up purposes.

While skills can be learned, your positive attitude, honesty, commitment and work ethic must already be in place.

While general tasks may vary greatly, there will always be daily, repetitive routines. Some sample tasks are listed below.

Professional development, working outside your comfort zone and learning new skills will be a regular part of your work experience.

You must have and be able to display:

a) Solid English reading, speaking, writing and comprehension skills
b) Ability to follow directions precisely
c) Ability to setup and follow routines
d) Self-motivation and Strong work ethic
e) Open and honest communication skills – daily reporting logs are required

a) conducting research and preparing follow-up in a variety of formats
b) organizing and inputting data
c) writing for a variety of purposes
d) creating content for a variety of venues
d) marketing / promotion- digital, social media, email (part of daily routine)
e) monitoring and participation on social media platforms
f) creating short videos / power point presentations
g) setting up Facebook pages
h) using tools like chatgpt, Trello, Grammarly, scheduled auto-posting software
I) analyzing data and using results to create a plan for promotion
j) manage email and auto-responder accounts
