Job Summary:
Cre8tive Labs is seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. Your primary role will be to engage with dispensaries, setting appointments for our sales representatives to present our premium products. You will be the initial point of contact, playing a crucial role in establishing relationships and facilitating the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively call and connect with dispensaries, introducing them to Cre8tive Labs and our product lines.
Schedule appointments for in-person presentations by our sales team.
Maintain a calendar of appointments and ensure timely reminders to both the sales team and dispensaries.
Follow up with dispensaries after appointments to gather feedback and assist in advancing the sales process.
Keep detailed records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth handoff.
Continuously update and manage contact lists, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent phone and communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry and a passion for the THC vape market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office or equivalent.
