Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the growth of our cutting-edge cloud-based communication platform.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our unified communication services to businesses across various industries. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and referrals

– Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s features, benefits, and pricing plans to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects

– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our platform

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction

– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

– Keep track of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector

– Solid understanding of cloud-based communication services, VoIP, and related technologies

– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

– Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

– Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

– Excellent time management and organizational skills

– Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
