Job Description:

We are looking for a top-quality Real Estate Cold Caller who is proficient in English with little to no accent to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and experience in cold calling and lead generation within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for vacant land sales.
Effectively communicate the value propositions of our properties and services.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed notes on all client interactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback and insights from potential clients to help improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in English with little to no accent.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
Availability to work during business hours in various time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate lead generation or sales.
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
