Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence and engagement strategies for multiple brands across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective social media campaigns tailored to each brand’s unique identity and audience.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive social media strategies for each brand, aligning with their goals and target audience.
2. Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Threads.
3. Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, optimized for each platform.
4. Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience in real-time.
5. Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
7. Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategy as appropriate.
9. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
10. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to drive engagement and growth across all platforms.
11. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique algorithms, features, and best practices.
12. Strong skills in creating engaging and visually appealing content.
13. Ability to analyze social media data (engagement metrics, reach, impressions, etc.) to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
14. Experience with social media scheduling tools.
15. Proficiency in social media content creation tools like Canva.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads.
3. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
4. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategy and decision-making.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing engaging content.
8. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Ensure all social media posts adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals before posting.
