Key Responsibilities

Actively support trading activities in both Crypto and FX markets, ensuring seamless execution and market-leading service.
Maintain acute awareness of market dynamics and trends in Crypto and FX, leveraging our sophisticated market analysis tools.
Efficiently respond to client requests for quotes via Telegram and other communication apps, providing timely and competitive bid and ask prices.
Confirm trades and manage the booking process within our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Take full ownership of trading operations and client support, including RFQ, technology, and operational queries, fostering strong client relationships.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Development, and Support teams to contribute to the development and refinement of proprietary systems and technology stack.
Analyze market data to provide insightful analytics, aiding in strategic decision-making and operational optimization.

Requirements

Proven experience in trading or a related financial role, with a strong understanding of the crypto and FX markets.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in using Telegram and other communication platforms for client interactions.
A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the price discovery process.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.

System Requirements

At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
