The Role:
As a Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising the flow of work within our organisation. You’ll expertly navigate project timelines, manage resources, and ensure flawless execution on every client deliverable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Project Orchestrator: Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and all teams (design, content, development, SEO etc.) have what they need to succeed.

Resource Master: Allocate designers, writers, developers, and other specialists based on skillsets, workload, and project requirements.

Deadline Defender: Maintain detailed project schedules, anticipate potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep campaigns on track.

Team Collaborator: Serve as the communication hub between creative, account management, and project management teams, facilitating smooth information flow.

Efficiency Champion: Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance resource utilisation, and maximize team productivity.
