Role Overview:

As a Trained Virtual Assistant at Delivery Sherpa, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for various tasks related to digital marketing, automation, and lead generation, with a particular focus on the following areas:

Responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel Management: Efficiently manage and operate the GoHighLevel platform to streamline our marketing and client management processes.
2. Calendly Page Management: Handle scheduling and calendar management through Calendly to ensure efficient time management for the team.
3. Email Automation: Create and manage email automation campaigns to engage with clients and prospects effectively.
4. LinkedIn Automation: Use LinkedIn automation tools to expand our network, nurture relationships, and generate leads.
5. Business Lending Blueprint: Implement strategies related to business lending and assist in executing our business lending blueprint.
6. : Utilize and other AI tools for data analysis and insights.
7. Social Media Marketing: Manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
8. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads using different tools and techniques, with a focus on B2B leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a strong track record in the specified areas.
• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel, Calendly, and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated knowledge of email automation and LinkedIn automation tools.
• Familiarity with the Business Lending Blueprint and is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Full-time availability with the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
