We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced call center Trainer with proficient English skills to join our Aventus team.

About the Role:
Our trainer ensures that all agents/coaches understand and become experts on the required concepts of each campaign comprehensively. Our ideal candidate is creative, patient, proactive and has GREAT communication skills (oral and written), is not afraid, and can easily adapt when presenting to large or small groups.
Responsibilities:
-Liaise with our Training Manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
-Coordinate and attend meetings with clients to train on their products/services and exchange content.
-Help design effective training programs including SOPs and instructor-led training.
-Conduct group and individual training sessions.
-Prepare educational material such as learning modules, videos, slideshows, etc.
-Support and mentor new employees
-Keep attendance, attrition, and other records
-Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
-Monitor employee performance and response to training
Requirements:
-40 working hours per week with five 9-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch breaks and two 15-minute breaks
-WAH Equipment (desktop/laptop, headset, reliable internet connection, quiet workplace)
-English Proficiency: C1 (Impeccable grammar and fluent speaking)
-Knows how to work different tech tools: CRM, LMS, Google spreadsheets, slides, build reports
-Knows how to support and mentor constantly our teams to ensure they are updated based on our clients’ needs -At least 2 yrs of educational content creation
-At least 2 yrs of Training experience in the BPO industry (Proven)
-Ability to work as an active member of a team
