Assessment and Feedback:
Implement assessments to evaluate trainee comprehension and skill acquisition.
Provide constructive feedback to trainees, guiding them toward improvement.

Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to business financing, newsletter sponsorship, business grant applications, email marketing, and credit repair.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to align training programs with organizational goals.
Work closely with other trainers to share insights and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:
