Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. This role will be critical in onboarding new employees efficiently and ensuring ongoing weekly personal and business development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in developing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding New Employees:

Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
Ensure new employees are integrated into the company culture quickly and effectively.
Coordinate with department heads to provide role-specific training.
Monitor and support new employees during their initial period to ensure successful integration.
Training Program Development:

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including professional development and compliance training.
Create instructional materials, such as handbooks, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Incorporate various training methods, including workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning.
Ongoing Weekly Personal and Business Development:

Develop and implement weekly training sessions to enhance personal and professional development.
Utilize a variety of training techniques and tools to engage learners and enhance retention.
Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing development needs and tailor training accordingly.
Monitor employee progress and provide continuous support and resources for development.
Evaluation and Improvement:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Analyze training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Continuously update training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant.
Implement best practices in training and development to enhance program quality.
Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of trainers and development specialists.
Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training programs with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant training regulations and standards.
Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for senior management.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to design effective training programs and instructional materials.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) are a plus.
