Your top Task

• Responsible for creating training modules using existing manuals.
• Responsible for editing, and turning existing recordings into professional training videos with chapters.
• Responsible for mapping out training plans and execute employee user friendly employee trainings.
• Must have the ability to understand technical terms for purposes of training ONLY
• Responsible for developing the company’s engaging training materials such as digital presentations, how to manuals and instructional videos.
• Scheduling and conducting training session on various support/technical topics to prepare and support new employees
• Comfortable with engaging using virtual technology to train, and assist employees
• Observing any areas of improvement and creating training solutions to identified areas
• Updating manuals, videos and digital presentations routinely

• Perform other duties as assigned
