This role will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our training programs through effective digital sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our cloud security training programs.

· Employ a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum reach and impact.

· Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and drive conversions.

· Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, such as landing pages, blog posts, infographics, and video content.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the digital marketing landscape to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

· Implement lead generation and lead nurturing strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospective students.

· Collaborate with seasoned professionals and trainers to understand the unique value of our training programs and effectively communicate it to our target audience.

· Identify and forge partnerships with relevant industry influencers, organizations, and platforms to expand our brand’s reach and credibility.

· Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of our sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates and student enrollment.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in digital sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successful campaign execution.

· Familiarity with cloud security concepts and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages that resonate with our target audience.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to optimize marketing efforts.

· Result-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales and enrollment targets.

· Creativity and a passion for innovation, always seeking new ways to engage and attract potential students.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage projects from inception to completion.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
