Job Description

The Harbert Real Estate Group, a rapidly scaling real estate firm, is on the lookout for an organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Transaction and Listing Coordinator. To match our expansion pace and uphold top-notch client service, we need someone who can ensure the smooth operation of our transaction and listing processes.

Job Type: Full-Time (35-50 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (US working hours required)

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of transactions from a signed contract to closing, including inspections, appraisals, and document submissions.
• Assist with listing processes such as creating, managing, and maintaining listings across various platforms.
• Compile, prepare, and manage real estate documents, agreements, and contracts ensuring all paperwork is compliant with legal and company rules.
• Manage all administrative tasks, including email correspondence, CRM management, and updating spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other title company personal to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Attend to client queries and provide efficient, supportive solutions.
• Consistently update and manage ads on various platforms, potentially running ad campaigns.
• Regularly attend training and coaching sessions to stay current with industry trends and company protocols.

Tools we regularly use: Google Suite, KvCore CRM, HAR MLS, Lastpass, Canva, various Lead sources, Trello, Dotloop, Slack, , Facebook, etc. (No prior experience is necessary as we will provide training on these tools.)

Qualifications:
• Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, preferably SC/CS on DISC assessment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Computer literate with proficiency in client management software.
• Previous experience with a contact database system is desirable.
• Openness to further training and coaching.
