Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction and Listing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the transaction process, ensuring smooth communication between clients, agents, and other vendors, as well as overseeing the listing process for our properties.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the data preparation of listing residential and commercial properties for our agents.
Input and maintain accurate data in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other platforms.
Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents for completeness and accuracy.
Schedule and coordinate property closings.
Manage and organize documentation for transactions, ensuring files are complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Transaction and Listing Coordinator in the real estate industry. (2 years experience is preferred.)
Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
Basic knowledge of SkySlope is preferred.
Familiarity with MLS and other listing platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in real estate software and Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education: A high school diploma is required; additional coursework or certifications in real estate is a plus.
