Job Description

We are searching for a passionate transaction coordinator to assist our growing real estate brokerage. You will lead and manage all administrative aspects of the real estate transaction from contract to close, including completing timelines, providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, scheduling appraisals, walkthroughs and closings and keeping all parties up to date on contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both via the phone and email and who also loves working with people and has backend transactional real estate experience and is proficient in systems. Responsibilities
– Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and
track transaction activities
– Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
– Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
– Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs and closings.
– Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles companies, insurance
agencies, and mortgage lenders
– Call all people involved in the sale and have great phone personality as well as be able to write and type emails professionally
and effectively to communicate and keep all parties related to the sale
Qualifications:
– MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of Residential Real Estate Transactional Experience
– Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
– Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills and can communicate effectively and professionally
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Matrix/MLS, CRM Systems
