I am looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Admin/Transaction Coordinator to assist me in my Business.
1. Two years experience as a real estate transaction coordinator is REQUIRED.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
Pay: $4.00 an hour.
A raise will be given a few months once you are fully trained.
You will mainly be:
? Creating & sending Offers and Listing Contracts to clients to sign by email
? Keeping track of real estate transaction deadlines and documents
? Uploading documents to compliance platforms
? Preparing disclosures and sending them for signatures through docusign
? Other administrative general tasks like helping create systems to keep organized

I am an Agent Liaison and I manage 80 different Real Estate Agents in their businesses. I live in Austin Texas and work with mainly California Agents. I have been assisting agents for 16 years, and now that I’m in Austin I may become an agent myself so I hope to hire someone long term with lots of potential for growth.
