Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator Assistant. As a Transaction Coordinator Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will work closely with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys/title companies to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the real estate transaction, including real estate agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys.
* Coordinate and schedule all necessary appointments, such as inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.
* Complete Intakes in Airtable for all transactions received
* Prepare as needed and distribute all required documents, contracts, and disclosures.
* Review contracts and ensure all necessary signatures and initials are obtained.
* Audit and complete compliance in various broker systems until all files are approved.
* Collect and organize all relevant transaction information, including financial documents, inspection reports, and title reports in our company drive and agent broker system.
* Complete weekly check ins to get updates from lender and title and update Airtable as we progress.
* Send calendar invites to key milestones.
* Track all deadlines and escalate as needed.
* Communicate regularly with clients and agents to provide updates on the transaction progress.
* Coordinate with lenders and escrow officers to ensure timely loan processing and closing.
* Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process.
* Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator/TC Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry is Required. 2+ years min within the same or similar capacity.
* Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software and tools. (Airtable, Dotloop, Skyslope, KWCommand, etc.)
* Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* High level of professionalism and integrity.
*States covered: NC, SC, GA, MI, TX, CO, MD, FL, TN and growing.

Hours: Monday-Friday (9-6pm EST)

Benefits: 5 Days Paid Personal Time Off; Paid Hoildays and Stipend towards Benefits

Pay Rate: Negotiable for the right candidate**

Note: We are growing at a fast rate and need someone who is not afraid of a small business that is still working on streamlining processes and procedures. Listing Coordination & Social Media experience a plus but not required.
