Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator with Canadian real estate experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Skyslope and Kvcore platforms, along with a strong understanding of Canadian real estate transactions. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring smooth and efficient closings for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1)Transaction Management:

Oversee the entire transaction process from contract to close, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.

2)Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized transaction files using Skyslope, ensuring all required documents are complete and properly executed.
Manage electronic signatures and document uploads, tracking progress and deadlines.

3)Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the transaction process.
Facilitate communication between clients and agents, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.

4) Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct quality checks on transaction documents to identify any errors or discrepancies, taking corrective action as needed.

5)System Management:

Proficiently navigate and utilize Skyslope and Kvcore platforms to manage transactions, leads, and client communications.
Provide training and support to agents on the use of transaction management software as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the Canadian real estate industry.
Strong familiarity with Skyslope and Kvcore platforms is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Knowledge of Canadian real estate laws, regulations, and transaction processes.
Ability to work independently and remotely in a home-based setting, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
