Job Description

We are a full-service property inspection company (in the real estate industry) looking to grow our team. We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator/Client Care Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support to our clients and staff while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering emails. and some cold calling and marketing stuff. In addition, you will be offering additional services to our clients and conducting after-service follow-up calls. A strong internet connection is required for this position. This is a Full-Time position with 10 hours per day, Friday through Monday (PT/UTC-7:00).

Responsibilities:

– Respond to emails, SMS, and phone calls in a timely manner

– Schedule appointments and be familiar with the ISN scheduling process

– Conduct after-service phone calls to customers

– Organize field technicians’ schedules based on location

– Prioritize customer-first mindset in all customer-facing situations

– Address customer inquiries

– Escalate customer issues appropriately

– Make cold calls to generate leads from company call lists

– Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using RingCentral, CRM (ZOHO), and provided scripts.

– Conduct property research for client needs.

– Handle objections and follow up on prospects and clients appropriately.

– Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

– Strong conversational English skills

– Real Estate or Home Inspection industry experience

– Sales experience preferred

– Call center experience preferred

– Experience with Zoho or similar CMR

– Experience with Google Suite

– Reliable internet connection with backup

– Strong problem-solving skills.

– Backup plans in case of power outages.

– Preferably, experience in cold calling, sales, and call center environments.

– Ability to learn and adapt quickly to company changes.

– Reliability, coachability, and quick learning abilities are essential.
