Job Opening: Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant / ISA

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Real Estate Transactions: Manage all aspects of the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is completed accurately.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction process.
Document Management: Ensure all necessary documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time, including contracts, disclosures, and addendums.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor and track key transaction dates and deadlines, ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.
Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors.
Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Administrative Support: Assist executives with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases for efficient record-keeping.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in the English Language: Both written and spoken.
Real Estate Experience: Strong background in U.S. real estate, with a solid understanding of the industry (a plus!).
Communication Skills: Excellent phone skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients through sales calls.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and listening abilities.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Time Management: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient with computers, including Google spreadsheets and client management software.
Database Management: Knowledgeable in database management for efficient record-keeping.
Team Player: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
Flexibility: Willing to work the graveyard shift, showing dedication to our clients’ needs.
Technical Requirements: Possesses an updated computer with a good mic/audio system and a backup internet connection for uninterrupted work.
