Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We own multiple real estate companies based in Wayne, NJ, USA. We are looking for outgoing and self-motivated individual to fill our Virtual Assistant position. As a Virtual Assistant you will split your time between marketing, transaction coordination, and general administrative work. You will work from home and have many projects to manage at the same time. You will work in a fast paced environment centered around real estate with clients, sales agents, and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Transaction Coordination
– General Administrative work
– Create marketing materials with specific branding
– Social Media post creation
– Some Website editing
– Database entry using AirTable
– Regular communication with Sales Agents, our clients, attorney’s, and title companies – phone, SMS, and email
– Listing data entry into the Multiple Listing Service for any new property listings
– Offer writing
– Digital document organization

QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2+ years of real estate assistant experience
– 2+ years of effective, polished communication skills on the phone, in SMS and in email
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
– Proficient in Airtable
– Exceptional English communication skills
– Proficient in using technology and familiarity with CRMs – specifically Follow Up Boss, KW Command
– A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations
– Strong sense of creativity
– Coachable and eager to learn
– Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills

REQUIREMENTS:
– A high-speed laptop or desktop
– DSL Internet – 20 Mbps or higher
– A headset with noise cancellation
– A home-office setup with a quiet location
– Effective use of Zoom
– Reliable internet and power supply without interruptions

HOURS AND PAY:
– Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM EST
– A 30 min lunch break and two 15 min breaks per shift
– Starting at $6/hr USD
– Must have stable work set up (we treat this very serious)
