Job Description

We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions while maintaining our company’s standards of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Communicate with Buyers, Sellers, Title Companies and other relevant parties multiple times a day to ensure the seamless progress of transactions.
2. Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and company guidelines, paying particular attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Handle various types of real estate agreements such as Assignment Agreements, Double Closes, JV Agreements, and Power of Attorney documents.
4. Familiarity with the probate and divorce processes to navigate transactions involving such cases efficiently.
5. Manage deadlines and closings meticulously, tracking each step of the process to ensure timely completion.
6. Assist in tracking commissions for the sales team and maintaining accurate records.
7. Tech-Savvy to organize and manage transaction-related documentation effectively using apps [Eg: Google Sheet]
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues that may arise during transactions.
9. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.

REQUIRMENTS:

1. 1-2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in a transaction coordination or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of Real Estate processes and documentation, including Assignment Agreements, Double Closes, JV Agreements, and Power of Attorney.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in handling documents and deadlines.
5. Comfortable interacting with Buyers, Sellers, Title Company and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
6. Proficiency in using Google Sheets and other productivity tools to organize and manage transaction-related data.
7. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, adhering to established schedules and deadlines.
8. Familiarity with certificates and other legal documents related to real estate transactions is a plus.
