A Transaction Coordinator plays a crucial role in real estate transactions by providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient completion of the buying or selling process. They act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. The primary responsibilities of a Transaction Coordinator include:
1. Documentation and File Management:
– Maintain and update transaction files, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible for reference.
2. Transaction Coordination:
– Monitor and track the progress of the transaction, ensuring timely completion of required tasks and milestones.
3. Contract Compliance:
– Ensure contract terms, contingencies, and timelines are adhered to by all parties involved.
4. Communication and Customer Service:
– Act as a central point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, providing timely and professional communication.
5. Compliance and Record-Keeping:
– Ensure all necessary documentation, disclosures, and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
General Qualifications and Skills:
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
– Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Specific Qualification and Skills:
– With suitable work-from-home equipment, including camera and headset.
– Willing to work form 10PM – 7AM PHT
– With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service/Customer Support (preferably voiced)
– Able to do solo and collaboration work.
