Job Description

A top producing real estate team, known for its top-notch performance and dedication to excellence, is seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator. Our team is committed to creating an exceptional real estate experience for both clients and agents.

Role Objectives:
As a Transaction Coordinator, your primary goal is to facilitate smooth residential real estate transactions from listing through closing. You will work closely with agents, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee residential transactions from start to finish.
– Coordinate closely with agents, clients, lenders, closers, and other involved parties.
– Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and documentation.
– Organize inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services.
– Maintain effective communication with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
– Provide top-tier customer service throughout the transaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, laws, and regulations.
– Act as a liaison for agents, clients, and third parties in the contract process.
– Manage administrative tasks involved in closing a real estate sale.
– Create and maintain compliant transaction files.
– Communicate regularly with agents and clients, providing updates and reminders.
– Assist in resolving any transaction-related issues.
– Coordinate closing logistics and ensure all parties are informed.
– Utilize real estate document systems (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, SISU).
– Obtain necessary documents to advance the transaction process.
– Update and maintain communication with agents, title companies, lenders, etc.
– Proactively manage closing schedules, signing needs, and settlement arrangements.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in residential real estate transactions.
– 2+ years of experience as a real estate transaction coordinator.
– Advanced knowledge of real estate market terminology and practices.
– Proficiency in industry-specific software and MLS systems.
– Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
– Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
– You MUST be a go-getter and be very proactive.
– Have a positive attitude
– Have a great internet connection and no issues with being on camera for all meetings.

Experience Level:
Intermediate to Advanced – minimum 3 years in real estate transactions and 2 years as a transaction coordinator. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and part of a high producing team.

In order to be considered for this job, you must have experience in real estate transaction management, references or a portfolio, and positive feedback. You must also be willing to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CDT (-5 GST). Don’t apply if you aren’t available to work during those hours.
