We’re seeking a highly qualified and skilled individual with Transcriber and Data Entry experience to join our growing companies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to comprehend and navigate documents that will contribute to data collection process.

You are a highly motivated self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. You have excellent people and communication skills to confidently work with client documents.

In this job role you will have to extract relevant information from documents, summarize and make updates.

The successful candidate will have excellent english speaking and writing skills along with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We need someone who can work with minimal supervision. Someone who can work on their own and respond to directions.

Job Responsibilities:

Extract relevant information from different sources.

Understands the importance of accurate documentation.

Reviewing data for incomplete or inconsistent information.

Reviewing and editing transcriptions for spelling, grammar and clarity.

Clarifies and edits document statements that is unclear or incomplete, seeking assistance as necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned and requested.

Qualifications:

Must be responsible, organized and have great communication skills.

2+ years of experience in Data Entry or Data Processing.

Excellent in English (Speaking and Writing).

Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally.

Must possess excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and superior attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.

WORK SCHEDULE/ WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT/ SETUP REQUIREMENTS:

Part Time & Full Time Positions Available

Must have a video camera and headset or microphone (for team meetings).

Have a dedicated work space, computer and reliable internet access.
