Who We Are Looking For:
Join our team as a Client Interview Editor and play a vital role in crafting polished and compelling reports based on client interviews. As a Client Interview Editor, you will be responsible for editing verbatim transcripts to create client-ready reports while maintaining the authenticity and voice of the customer.
What Youll Do:
* Edit verbatim transcripts of client interviews to create polished, client-ready reports.
* Maintain the voice of the customer while enhancing readability and coherence.
* Collaborate with team members to understand client objectives and tailor reports accordingly.
* Ensure consistency in formatting and style across all deliverables.
* Work closely with the CEO to refine editing processes and improve efficiency.
* Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
What Youll Need:
* Excellent command of the English language with strong editing and proofreading skills.
* Ability to balance grammatical correctness with maintaining the authentic voice of the customer.
* Experience in copyediting or content editing, preferably in a business or professional setting.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Google Docs for editing purposes.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
* Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours.
* Background in marketing with excellent copywriting skills.
* Ability to understand English and fix and update customer-facing content effectively.
