We are looking for a fulfillment team member who can help us grow and develop our best-in-class concierge, travel agent support. Your primary directive is to provide and convert off-product travel agent quotes to confirmed bookings.
JOB BRIEF:
You will be a driver of success in building relationships with Suppliers. Communicating Updates and Solutions.
You are a strong problem solver with a passion for learning and have great attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Resolving Supplier issues, such as unpaid bookings, Missed trips
Establishing good relationships with transport companies
– Ensuring appropriating monitoring and reporting of supplier data
– Improving transparency of change reporting across the transport team.
– Improving processes
– Cultivating practices and guidance that will ensure teams are well-aligned with knowledge and processes
– Creating and maintaining practices and processes that help drive efficiencies within internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
– A good understanding of booking and transport
– Experience travel industry
– Knowledge of data management
– Experience in Tableau, Google sheets
